“The optometrist here was very professional and thorough. One should expect that. The exceptional part lies squarely in the customer service here, specifically with ALONDRA. In the process of getting 2 sets of lenses and frames I was in this store 5 times. EVERY time I was greeted as an arrived, usually by ALONDRA. In the last visit I joked with her that I had never seen her not multi-tasking. Retired now, I owned a very successful company and that success was directly related to my staff. Luxottica and Target need to know that ALONDRA, as well as the entire staff, are truly exceptional. Give ALONDRA a promotion; a raise; something to reward her for being an outstanding representative of your company Customer for life!”
Parker Vision Specialists
“Friendly front office staff! I had not been to the eye doctor for quite some time and Riley, the optical tech/assistant was great at his job and set the tone for a comfortable, informative visit. Dr Mattson was also very welcoming. She was great at answering questions and explaining the details of my eye exam I will definitely return for my next exam.”
