I had a wonderful experience at Innovated Eyecare in Parker. I stopped by urgently in need of a replacement eyeglass nose pad, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional care provided by their team. The staff promptly greeted me, and without hesitation, they not only replaced the broken piece but also took the initiative to replace the other side. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail, as they made sure that all the screws were properly tightened. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit a great one, and I highly recommend Innovated Eyecare for their excellent service and caring staff.

I have been going for years to Innovative and was recently seen by Dr. Hankenson as I needed an updated prescription for my driver's license renewal. I was greeted by the very friendly front desk staff and seen immediately for my appointment, which only took 15 minutes. They are always professional and willing to work with me as I have no vision coverage. It is refreshing in this day and age to have everything go smoothly and I will continue to go here for my eyecare needs!

I’ve been seeing dr hankenson for 20+ years now. Appointments are always easy & quick. No waiting around & the contact & glasses fittings are quick & painless & they are up front about the pricing versus what insurance pays. Highly recommend!!!!
