I feel like I got scammed on my lenses. In 40 years I’ve never paid so much for lenses and for the first time ever I used insurance. The staff calculated my lense price with a piece of paper and handheld calculator so I have no idea what it was actually based on. She told me that the coating on these lenses was far superior to Costco lenses. Guess what? They are all scratched up in just a few months of wearing and cleaning only with soap and water or lens solution.
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr H for an eye appointment today. He is upbeat, quick, knowledgeable, informative and high energy! He even let me try on his own personal glasses to get the feel of progressive lenses. I highly recommend he and his staff. I had a 5+ experience. Thanks Dr H and girls, top notch service.
