Our visit to Parker optical was great. It was our first time here and Dr Penn was great! Highly recommend this office. The staff was all very friendly and we were in and out very quickly! It was also very easy to get an appointment by booking on line.
I’ve been going here for the last couple of years and every time it’s a better experience. Miguel is so kind and overall very pleasant. He does such a great job at explaining things and being patient even when I ask the same questions several times. Dr. Penn is incredibly thorough and I appreciate her precision to detail. A routine exam doesn’t feel like checking off the boxes it feels like everyone in this office actually cares and are truly trying to help.
As always, the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Special shout-out to Miguel for being so patient and thoughtful. Dr. Persson is always kind and is eager to ensure the patient understands the process and what is going on.
