“Mick was amazing to work with, and he was very knowledgeable of the flooring choices. As we decided to replace all of our flooring in our home built in 1999, there were lots of decisions to make. Mick came to our home, talked us through the process, and helped us to make the right decisions. He was very patient and explained all the choices. There were many styles to choose from, and the prices were reasonable. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring for the downstairs, and carpet for the upstairs. After we made our selections, he set up a schedule for the installation. He was helpful with setting up times that would work with our family's schedule. He had 2 installers for the vinyl flooring - Trevor (Mick's son), and Matt. They were amazing - very efficient, reliable, and respectful of our furniture and other personal belongings. For the carpeting, he had 3 installers - Jorge, David, and (another) Jorge. They did an awesome job, communicating with our family the whole time (as replacing flooring can disrupt your household, but they made it less disruptive). We were very pleased with the results, and we would highly recommend Pioneer Flooring!“
