“In 2024, we decided to have our carpeting replaced with LVP on the first floor of our home. Carpet Exchange was recommended to us by the company that was remodeling our kitchen at that time and we selected the Westminster location. Unfortunately, the flooring we selected was defective and began to have issues almost immediately and was ultimately discontinued by the manufacturer. The manager at the Westminster location, Jason Homer worked with us, acting as our advocate with the manufacturer, who initially blamed the installation. Although the process took over a year, he was eventually able to arrange to have all the defective flooring replaced at no cost to us. Jason kept us informed every step of the way. The installation crew that installed the new flooring was excellent, stuck to their timetable and did a great job of cleaning up. This was a trying and at times frustrating experience. However, because of Jason, his advocacy and his people, we are now very happy with our new flooring.”
