“After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Cress Kitchen & Bath and ended up meeting with Katie for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40 year old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Katie took that vision to the next level. She gave us a detailed four month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. This schedule rarely changed, and if so, it was because of manufacturer shipment delays beyond her control. Cress pulled the permits for our project and everyone involved with the remodel was great! This included our electricians, plumber, drywaller, painters, and carpenter. Katie coordinated the work schedule for all of them and communicated with us almost daily making several on-site visits per week. At the end of each day, trash was removed and floors were swept...very important to us since we were living in our basement during the entire project. Ultimately, we are beyond thrilled with our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and entire main floor. “We selected this company to replace our tile in the bathroom based on the reviews and work they have done. Seth came out to give us a quote and places to pick the tile. John Seth and Traci are awesome great people to work with. Honesty with these folks is there. Long story short when Seth demoed the old floor he discovered some unseen damage. It placed the project on hold while we dealt with those issues. John and Seth were so patient and never pressured us in any way. Month later we had Seth back in and we have a brand new tiled bathroom. These folks know what they are doing. The workmanship is A+....we will use this company again with our next project.
