We wanted to refinish our existing cherry hardwood floors plus remove the carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway and replace it with matching hardwood. Bryan walked me through the design considerations and aesthetics, paying careful attention to the pictures I showed him and asking questions to make sure he understood the look I wanted. His team put down five different stain samples (my choices) in two areas in the house so I could see exactly what they looked like on our wood in our home's lighting. Once the project was underway, Taylor did a beautiful job refinishing the existing flooring and installing the new floor. He made sure every detail was right. I love how it turned out! “We had a great experience working with Steve and Janine. Their price was very reasonable and the work was beautiful! It was a big job so I was worried how it would go. Our whole main floor was made wood. Existing wood in entry and kitchen was sanded and refinished. The end result is stunning. He blended the existing wood into the new so it all looks the same. I like supporting small local businesses like S&J and in this case, I got someone with 40 yrs experience doing my floors.
