“I had Flooring Trends LLC come in and do three projects for me, one of which was a tricky replacement of a shower pan that another contractor had done incorrectly, making the shower unusable (two other tile contractors balked at the repair). Flooring Trends gets high marks on both the quality of work and the customer experience. Andre (sales) followed up responsibly after his visit, also recommended a tile vendor that had exactly what I was looking for but couldn’t find elsewhere. Samuel (installation) communicated well: set a day & time to start and called me the day before to re-confirm, then showed up right on time; talked me through what he was doing and why; followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work; great attitude. All three finished projects look great. Pretty much an ideal experience from our perspective, which is very rare -- we’ve used a lot of contractors over the years, and this one stands out. I recommend giving work to this small business.“

“Montgomery, Brian, Cody, and the entire crew come highly recommended for your home remodel. They did a substantial renovation to our kitchen, master bath, railings, and removed two walls. To remove the walls, they installed a 34 foot I-beam. What's really impressive is that they concluded the renovation in January of 2021 and the work has really stood the test of time. Montgomery was incredibly responsive and worked with us throughout the entire project to ensure we were happy with the work. Would definitely use them again.“

“Outstanding customer service and great pricing!!I can only say great things about Eagle Flooring and the person in contact, Brian S. (I hope there's only one Brian S.) For privacy purposes, I won't share his last name.Long story short, 3 years ago, half my house had flooring replacement due to a flood. I didn't think about replacing the floors in the entire house at the time.. Fast forward 3 years later, Murphy's law, the manufacturer stopped making the vinyl flooring that was used during remodeling. However, they provided a list of flooring places that previously ordered the same product.I called about 30 stores in 5 states, and I started to lose hope, but then I called Eagle Flooring and got to speak to Brian. He immediately put my mind at ease, telling me he not only had the product but enough of it.. next thing you know, he shipped it to my house in another state in no time. This place, well, Brian mainly was a life saver. My house is now finished and has the same flooring! Brian went above and beyond, he took the effort and time to help me out. I can't thank him enough for being so professional and courteous. Throughout my interaction with Brian, he was always quick to respond, a couple times he even called instead of sending an email to make sure my flooring needs were met and that all was good.When I think about customer service and orders from homeowners, this is how I imagine it to be done. Brian represented everything that a 5 star customer service should be (if I could, I'd give him 10 stars) and he absolutely lead by example. Thank you Brian!! You made this happen!“

“6/4 Post review Update: The owner himself came and looked at our floors and guaranteed that they could be replaced and redone and still match. This was just completed and it looks great now!We hired HFS to sand down our hardwood floors, replace several sections that were badly damaged and then refinish it all with a nice dark stain. To start I want to say that the office manager was amazing throughout and was the saving grace of the job. We had a few issues that came up during and after the work completed and they were great in sending workers back to fix the issues. The main issue we have though, is that the carpenter that replaced the damaged areas, replaced some sections with boards that were riddled with worm holes. We brought it up before the finish was applied and we were advised it was no issue and when they were done, it would not really be noticeable. Sadly, it was very noticeable and when we brought it up they came back and filled in as much as they could (pictures added before and after) which did help a bit but the end result is still pretty noticeable.“

The guys came over and were very empatheticThey told me exactly what had happened and reassured me I'd be very happy with the end result. They were able to start in 2 days. They were always there on time, I got multiple texts asking how things were going and they finished right on time. Everything was cleaned up.
