My husband & I have used Pioneer Flooring twice now. Once for replacing our carpet and second, for replacing out LVP flooring. Mick is such a pleasure to work with and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very patient with us during the process for both times. Also, their pricing could not be beat by anyone else, they are the best of the best.
Jorge and his crew for the carpet was very respectful and professional, but also got the job done very quick which is always nice when your house is torn apart.

Mick was amazing to work with, and he was very knowledgeable of the flooring choices. As we decided to replace all of our flooring in our home built in 1999, there were lots of decisions to make. Mick came to our home, talked us through the process, and helped us to make the right decisions. He was very patient and explained all the choices. There were many styles to choose from, and the prices were reasonable. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring for the downstairs, and carpet for the upstairs. I would give 10 stars to Pioneer Flooring if that was an option! Working with Mick and the installer was a great experience. Mick brought his store to us and he had so many samples of LVF. After narrowing down to one, he brought over a box so I could set the planks around the house. After deciding on the vinyl plank, Trevor installed it the next week along with new 5” trim. I cant say enough good things about him either! Trevor is skilled, talented, meticulas and cleaned up every night before he left. I will continue to use Pioneer Flooring for my future flooring needs! They do not disappoint!
