“I purchased and renovated my home at the end of 2019. COREtec flooring was purchased from Carpet Exchange and installed in the main living area and kitchen by my contractor. In 2013 the flooring began separating and some of the planks were no longer level. After contacting Laura Zane, store manager at Carpet Exchange on Abilene in Aurora, we started the process of determining why I was having problems with the flooring. After careful examination of the installed floor and surplus planks, it was determined that the materials used were defective. Laura was extremely helpful by submitting a claim for replacing the floor. I'm am happy to report, that through her efforts, my old floor was removed, the base floor was leveled, and a new floor was installed at no additional charge to me.“

It is never easy to allow someone entry into your home, and we have used Brothers four times for installation and refinishing-- knowing full well the most upstanding workers arrive to do beautiful, quality work. This time, Chad was in our kitchen to lace in new hardwoods with existing-- creating a seamless transition from old to new-- and the finish trim he carefully cut and painted added a custom furniture look to our cabinetry. He was respectful of our space, he cleaned up better than I do, and most importantly, he ensured that we were happy with the job he did. I highly recommend Brothers Flooring for their expertise.“
