“it all started when my tenants noticed water on the floor behind toilet called a plumber and they said shower value was leaking, needed a restoration company to come in and clean up all the water, I called ERC restoration company they came in evaluated the damage, all the walls behind the shower were wet, tore out bathtub, floors, vanity, etc. Dried out the bathroom, laundry room and had it all back together in two weeks' time. since I had renters in there it was very important to get the damage repaired ASAP.
