I cannot say enough good things about working with K&D Development. The entire process, from start to finish, went smoothly, which was a huge relief after dealing with water damage. Communication with Nick, Stacy, and Frank was timely and clear from day one. Nick helped with my insurance when issues came up, and he worked with me on pricing based on what the insurance ultimately paid out. The work was completed in the condo where my elderly mother lives, and Frank went out of his way to make sure she understood what was happening and felt comfortable during the renovation. K&D Development did a great job on ceiling replacement, large patio replacement, master bathroom shower and walls, and painting of bedrooms. Frank Ramos, who managed the jobs, was easy to work with. I would use this company again.
