“Our first contact with Next Step was in August, 2021. We were impressed with their showroom and the products they offered. The staff was professional, listened to our ideas and made helpful suggestions. We hired Next Step to design, build and install our kitchen cabinets and counter tops and vanities in our bathrooms. They did an excellent job. Their workers were professional and respectful of us and our property. The cabinets and counter tops were installed in December 2021.We had a water leak in November 2023. It damaged the pantry, kitchen and back entry. We thought the kitchen cabinets were damaged by the water. We called Next Step. The owner, Daniel, came to our house several times to evaluate the damage. The kitchen cabinets were not damaged but we had to remove all the flooring in the kitchen, pantry and back entry. Next Step installed new flooring and base board, fixed electrical problems and plumbing problems in the center island and replaced the kitchen sink. All of Next Step's workers were professional and respectful of us and our property.The owner, Daniel, and Alfredo and Armando were outstanding in the way they listened to us and solved our problems. “I had a fantastic experience working with Tiny's Granite Works for my bathroom remodel and custom steam shower. The team was not only friendly and accommodating but also exceptionally clean throughout the project. Their professionalism and courtesy made the process stress-free. They kept the workspace tidy and the craftsmanship was top-notch.We hit a small hiccup with some the tiles not being rated for a steam shower. Unfortunately, they had to redo about a week's worth of work but Tiny made the situation right. He personally went out and found us a few different options of replacement tiles and covered the cost to replace them. I doubt another contractor would do that.There were a lot of different crew members at our home and my wife and I were very impressed with how clean, professional, and friendly they all were. Dave, Ben, Dennis, Dario, and Robert in particular were a pleasure to work with.“
