I am a structural engineer that has worked with Van Matre Construction on several projects, they have been great with communication, they have been very professional, and they have done a great job of working with me to diagnose foundation problems on homes. They have been able to perform all repairs in a timely manner and with high quality, I recommend them if you are experiencing foundation problems with your home.

I had Van Matre repair a foundation on a very old house in Boulder. The team did a thorough inspection of the house and engineered a very specific plan based on multiple additions and renovations throughout the years. Other companies took 15 minutes and gave me an estimates that were much higher and without consideration of the needs of the property. The work was completed on time even though unexpected issues were found. I would highly recommend van Matre!

The crew that worked on our foundation was exceptional! They were all very courteous, prompt each day, and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the final outcome, and the closure of a major crack in our foundation. We have great confidence that this problem will not reoccur due to the exceptional helical piers and reinforcement channels that were instituted .
