After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Cress Kitchen & Bath and ended up meeting with Katie for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40 year old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Katie took that vision to the next level. She gave us a detailed four month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. We are currently in the midst of our second remodel project with Cress, our master bathroom. A couple of years ago we renovated our kitchen with Cress. They were recommended by a neighbor and we have been very satisfied with their work. The designer is a wonderful, efficient, organized and creatively inspired guide throughout the planning and execution process of each project. She stays in close contact with us and is available for all our many questions. All the workmen and technicians are dependable, friendly and respectful of us and our home. Katie and her team at Cress were amazing! We reworked our design many times and Katie was patient and flawless with the changes. Once construction started the schedule was precise and everyone was timely, polite and cleaned up after themselves. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend Cress.
