“We contacted Sky Country Pump Co. about a very old well pump that seemed to be malfunctioning. They came out the very next day and quickly identified that the well pump was failing. They came out the next following day to replace the pump and found a few additional issues, a totally non-functioning check valve and a bleeder valve that was totally deteriorated. Les & Russ are awesome guys and I am so grateful for their knowledge and expertise. They answered all my questions about the well and the pump. The estimate and pricing were fair. They did a great job and we highly recommend this local company.“

“William came out to look at our Air Conditioner. We had two other companies out before Applewood, both said bad compressor and wanted $6000.00 to almost $8000.00. William checked the starting capacitor first thing, one of the other companies hung an amp meter on a wire and said the compressor was pulling too much current so bad compressor (William did the same check and said there was no current so went directly to the capacitor). The capacitor was a bit pricey but I figured I'm also paying for the service and a professional to diagnose to issue. Can't say enough good things about William! Very professional and honest, a rare find in the service industry.“

“I had Good Plumbing out to troubleshoot a leak in my basement ceiling. It turned-out to be from the dishwasher on the floor above.
The tech said I needed to call an appliance repair company and did not charge me for the visit.

But, what proved very helpful was that he removed the kick-plate ( ? ) from the bottom of the dishwasher and took a short video of what was leaking from the dishwasher and texted me the video.

When I called the appliance repair person, he asked me to text the video. He then texted back that he knew what the problem was and would be out with the part. Pretty nifty. Thank-you, Good Plumbing.“
