“Pronominal school. The instructors and students have generated a sense of family and really help new students feel accepted and progress. As an older adult, I have found there is a great balance between pushing an individual to do their best while also helping to prevent injuries and adapting to limitations due to aging.“

“Apex Taekwondo is Awesome! Master Hong has done such a fantastic job with his students. Everyone learns respect, self discipline, and integrity among many other things and I am so impressed with the teenagers. Especially Master Hong's son Isaiah and Annabelle. They are so amazing with my 5 yr. old granddaughter and all the other kids, I just can't praise them enough. I highly recommend Apex Taekwondo for the entire family.“

“This karate dojo has been a great thing for my 10 y.o. son for almost 5 years now. He has learned self-discipline, focus, body control, and built strength and confidence. The senseis work so well with children, teens and adults. A huge thing I noticed when my son was just starting out at the age of 6, was the impact the training had on his ability to show respect to parents, teachers, and any person older than him. Respect is constantly displayed and encouraged, as is discipline that starts at the dojo for training, and has carried over to schoolwork and other extra-curriculars. I am so glad we tried the free class in 2020 when we won it at the farmer's market. I was skeptical, but my son found something he is passionate about and has thrived during the growth physically, mentally and emotionally due to his participation in karate. The tournaments twice a year are fun and a great chance to practice his skills, as well as experience winning and losing. This place has it all, don't hesitate if your kids (or you) are interested in trying karate, this is 100% the right place to start.“
