“We have used Hawks on 10 occasions since 2019 for different issues with our aging HVAC system (house was built in 1995). We have 3 furnaces and 4 AC units and it seems like at the beginning of every seasonal change there is an issue with one of the appliances. Hawks responds promptly, fixes the problem for what seems to be a reasonable price. I don't think they have had to fix the same problem twice. We are quite happy with their service.“

“I've used Coppersmith for years and they have always been honest and delivered with good quality work. Recently, my high efficiency boiler stopped working. I called Coppersmith and they couldn't get out until the next morning. Because I was out of heat I decided to call another "1 Hour" plumbing company. I paid extra for a "dispatch" fee and was charged $200 for diagnostics. I was told by the Plumber that the boiler needed a lot of work and a new gasket kit. I was initially quoted $1400 for the repair but when the Plumber called the next day he told me he had looked into it more and it would be $2200 for the repair and I would have to wait 5 days to get the part and reschedule the service call. That's 5 days without heat and hot water! I told them I would get a second opinion and called Coppersmith back. They came out within an hour and had my system up and running within 2 hours. I'm super grateful to have a plumbing company that charges fair prices, is knowledgeable, does good work, and most importantly, has integrity!“

“Great experience with Airstream. My boiler (heating) went out unexpectedly on a Saturday night and I called – not expecting a quick response – on Sunday morning to see if they made emergency service calls. In about 15 minutes, Mike called me back and was at my house within an hour (on a Sunday!). He was thorough as he scoped out our baseboards to determine the boiler size needed and recommended a smaller unit than what was previously installed. He could have easily recommended the same size unit, charged me more for install, and I would have never known the difference. Once scoped, the install team came two days later and got to work. They were professional, courteous, and overall nice guys. Once completed, the space where the new boiler was installed was cleaner than when they started. Overall great experience. Highly recommend Airstream Plumbing and Heating.“
