I wish I could give Kieth’s 10 stars. we are in the middle of summer, middle of a heat wave, and our air conditioning went out. Their tech was able to show up same day, which is incredible. He never once tried to upsell us. We really thought we needed a new air conditioner and all it was was some part that he replaced. At the same time, our nest thermostat (which we HATE) was not working and causing our fan to shut off. Our tech replaced our thermostat (which we asked him to do, he did not try and upsell us,) and waited around to make sure everything worked. I can't recommend Keith's heating and air conditioning enough. They came out the same day and the tech was so terrific. He was knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Todays customer service is slipping a bit, but not with Kieth's, they went out of their way to help us and it was greatly appreciated. When we received the bill we were truly shocked at how inexpensive it was. Definitely recommend!!

I can't rate this business high enough. I had another company come in a couple of weeks ago to check the furnace they charged $440 refuse to come back with the problems. Chad came in and fixed it so now it is all working. Stick with the small businessesService: Heating system repair
