My minisplit, that someone else had installed, would work only for a while and then it would shutoff. Ed, the technician came over, hooked up his gauges and while waiting for the guages to come online, he noticed that a sensor wire had been chewed through by a mouse. He still went through the analytical process in order to verify that nothing else was malfunctioning. Ed was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Geraldo, for your quick response and sending your highly qualified tech to fix the issue.
My husband and I were very pleased with Pioneer Heating and Air. Our air conditioner broke at the end of May and we were desperate to get it fixed. We called so many HVAC specialists in Montrose and Grand Junction trying to get someone to come take a look at our AC unit ASAP. Pioneer Heating and Air was the only place that returned our phone call (in less than 24 hours too)! They sent a guy out the very next day, and he fixed the problem quickly! This company has installed two new systems for me at two seperate locations. They do excellent work and when I had a problem they always came back for the repair. I will continue to use this company and would recommend them to anyone in need.
