Carson has been our lead contact through this process. From learning about stoves, best placement in our house, proper flue height, draft concerns, to maintenance of the stove, it has been going well. Carson has always been considerate and responsive. The day of the install, there were some small hitches, but the lead installer, Nate L., managed it well, and delighted tasks as needed. It was a 3 man crew and they all worked in unison.
