This company was prompt courteous and very knowledgeable!After taking pictures of our fireplace under our house, the serviceman showed us the pictures of a very badly burned wooden fire box under the house. This situation was unbeknownst to us, and our entire house would have, or could have burned to the ground! We are extremely grateful they fit us in so quickly during the Holidays! We are certainly purchasing one of their gas fireplace inserts and having them make repairs so it is safe for us to use again!! Very please highly rated!AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++

We love our new stove! great experience with highly educated staff that didn't 'over-sell' what we needed for our space. Fast, friendly installers & everything as promised!! Can't wait to have them back for our first cleaning! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
