She’s helped me learn all about my TA, how to re-learn how to use it PP, and has helped me slowly start regaining feeling :,) while also teaching me so much about my body as a woman?! It’s wild how they don’t just generally teach these things to us as women, but Insight Pelvic Health NEVER makes me feel silly for not knowing things and always educates me in a way most other doctors don’t (aka actually talking to me like a human). “LaRae with Crossroads PT literally saved me from going down the long route of surgery and recovery all with PT!
In January of 2024 I came to LaRae with a shoulder injury sustained at my job as a Firefighter. I was in severe pain and discomfort couldn’t sleep and overall very frustrated. I was very limited in my rang or motion and unable to put hardly any weight over head. LaRae worked with me for 7 months and showed me to trust the process, do my PT exercises, and be patient while scaling my workouts. Only a few months in to the 7 month process LaRa was able to help get me to a point where I could get a full nights sleep all because of my PT routine. After working with LaRae I was able to get back to normal life with no shoulder pain and back to working out at full capacity pain free.
