I’ve seen Duane twice over the last several years. First an injury I thought for years was back related and it turned after going through the motions with him it was a hip issue causing my back to over compensate for years. All the knowledge and tools and pin pointing of the root cause truly changed my life. Most recently was a shoulder injury for a gym accident. He’s gotten me to a point I can return to work with zero pain until I’m able to have my surgery. He send you home with very valuable workouts and stretches once he’s done and if you stick to them and actually do them it can have huge benefits. I’ve been going here for a few weeks post hip surgery and Mary and Gina have been amazing! I’m seeing tremendous improvement in mobility and strength as I get ready to get off the crutches.
I was very happy with Select Physical therapy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The therapist Gina was very knowledgeable and listened to everything I had to say. I definitely recommend them.
