I just had my first appointment with Bryn! I am thrilled to say that hope is restored. I have given birth twice and since then have had problems with peeing during working out, coughing, sneezing, etc.… And Bryn explained so thoroughly about what is causing the issue and how to fix it. Hands on therapy is what I’ve been searching for since previous physical therapy without any sort of examination of my actual pelvic floor muscles did nothing for me. From the moment I met Dr. Julie, I knew I was in good hands. Her warmth and understanding made a world of difference, and her expertise is top-notch. She has helped me improve leakage and gain confidence and freedom to do the things I love again. She has gone above and beyond in helping to address some knee and hip pain as well. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Liesel is so great! She is so professional and pelvic floor therapy can be rather invasive, but she chit chatted with me through my appointments and it made it so much more comfortable! I have had so much improvement since being treated by her.
