I honestly cannot say enough positive things about North Shore and the treatment I received and the people I got to know while there. I left just a little over a week and a half ago and I can tell you I miss the friends that I made there in the staff from every position from laundry, all the way to the kitchen staff the CNA’s the nurses the therapists, the cleaning staff, the activities staff and the administrative team. They were all exceptional. I love the fact that they also use the facility to train future CNA‘s and future nurses right there in the facility and you could tell they were getting excellent training. I’m here right now. All the staff are so nice and helpful. OT and PT are very knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. Yes, it’s not a new facility but I have had very good care.
