I’m here right now. All the staff are so nice and helpful. OT and PT are very knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. Yes, it’s not a new facility but I have had very good care.
I should have done this months ago. I was in North Shore Health & Rehab. In June/July 2025. I had the most amazing care from ALL staff members. I couldn’t believe how lucky I got as I’ve heard so many nursing home nightmares. I was on the rehab. Unit for a fractured femur. My P.T. & O.T. Helped me improve so much in the 4 weeks I was there. I had speech therapy as Parkinson’s caused swallow issues - she could not have been better!! Nurses, Cna’s wonderful always arrived timely and went above and beyond. Other ancillary staff was great also. They told me that all positions were filled with their own staff. Which says a lot about- no caretakers were from outside...read full review
My mother used to be a resident there, after switching nursing homes I was nervous to send her anywhere, however I’m extremely happy with the way she was being treated there, especially in the actives department. She was more outgoing than ever before and I had visibly seen a change in her behavior and personality. The women in that department have no idea how much they have changed my mother’s experience. I highly recommend this place to absolutely everyone. The activities kept my mother happy and busy, this was such an important time in her life and I couldn’t be more satisfied!!
