“Our furnace had an issue last week. Base on it's symptoms my husband guessed it was the motor. We contacted Paradise based on these reviews and are pleased to say we agree this is a good company to work with. Manual came out the same day and found the motor needed replacement. He quoted a price to replace the motor and then we discussed it being time to get anew furnace given ours was 60 yrs old. Especially given our new insurance company is planning to do an interior inspection. Manual assessed our unique install needs, determined they had a replacement that would fit. The price for the new furnace was reasonable and included labor and taxes. No unexpected financial surprises. Then understanding we were without heat they arranged to install it the next day. They even took the time to register the warranty for us. They truly checked all the boxes for us. We will be using them for any future needs.“
