“We recently did an interior remodel, including two bathrooms, and they were big changes, a lot of work moving tubs, showers and toilets to new locations. These guys were here on time every day they were planned to be by the project manager, and were just such professionals. Cleaned up everything after every work session, etc and the job turned out perfectly.A few days ago our garbage disposal died, and we had a dripping outdoor faucet. I called them, they said they could come in a few days (it was a Friday) and diagnosed what parts would be needed and where to get them (Home Depot). Buying them myself would save us a lot of $$$$ over them spending time sourcing parts. I was surprised by that, most shops like to make money every way they possibly can.So, he just left, he's was a super good guy as always and educated me on both repairs. The bill was still not cheap, about $300, but plumbers are expensive.Highly recommend.“

“Mr Affordable first came out 12/6 to fix the valve under our kitchen sink after Home Depot's delivery team explained they could not install our dishwasher due to a leak. Alex's communication was thorough, he was punctual and completed the project within an hour.The next trip out was on 12/15 after a different Home Depot team dropping off the dishwasher but not explaining why they couldn't install the appliance. The delivery team also messed up the valve and we didn't have hot water in the kitchen. It was very frustrating and a complete mess.I explained the situation to Mr Affordable and Dave rearranged his schedule to fit us in so we didn't have a sink full of dishes, no hot water and an appliance sitting on our kitchen floor.Again, they were punctual, communicative and even waited while I ran to Home Depot because the delivery team "forgot the install kit." Dave and Alex worked until 6:00 on a Friday to finish the job. To provide more help, they took the old appliance away.
