May need to reschedule the procedure with detailed picture of name, shoulder and head with spine X-ray and other means of info to help determine the cause of pain reason?

The Dr's and the Other providers, my N.P, and Physical Therapists, Will help you navigate the very BEST healthcare plan for you! They will encourage you to get BETTER, get STRONGER, get MORE active and REQUIRE you to participate in your care plan! They really DO mean it when they say that they understand that chronic pain affects not just me the patient, but, everyone in my life, including my furbabies, My dog & my cat, as well as my friends and other family members.
