I loved my physical therapy experience with Dr. Lowder and the staff at Accelerate Health. Dr. Lowder genuinely cares about your progress and always listens intently to your questions/comments/concerns. He helped me navigate healing and regaining my strength post hip surgery, and I will definitely be back if I have any other physical therapy needs.
Additionally, the front desk staff were always kind and helpful; scheduling/rescheduling was easy and they helped me with the insurance side of things as well. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
Justin and his team are incredible! I've had major spinal and abdominal surgeries...with complications requiring more surgeries (large incision hernia, umbilical hernia, adhesions so bad I had a bowel obstruction). Justin's work improved my balance, increased strength, lessened dizziness (nystagmus), treated scars and adhesions via cupping (critical, as it turns out after abdominal surgery) and red light laser (for another injury). The front office staff is also helpful, friendly and (this is important), able to work with insurance.
After a car accident I was in, I spent the next 6 months working with Dr. Downing for chiropractic needs and Justin for physical therapy. Both are absolutely wonderful at their jobs. I was nervous to do dry needling, but Dr. Downing did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and it helped the pain tremendously. I always felt better after leaving Accelerate and am proud to be just about where I was before the accident happened. I’m doing my favorite things like hiking and yoga again (thanks for the motivation Justin!). Everyone there was always welcoming every single time and are genuinely compassionate caring people.
