I've been going to Colorado Pain Care for 10 years. I was hit by a truck riding a bicycle and have lots of issues that continue. At my first appointment I met Dr. Jason Krutsch and told him my goal was to get back on a bicycle. The other Drs I had seen all told me to "give up" and plan on suffering and not doing any of the activities I loved again, I was 30, and that answer was not acceptable. Everyone who works here is amazing! My provider Theresa Affrunti has gone above and beyond for me. Catching things my neurosurgeon missed. I called today and had a really nice encounter with a woman by the name of jewel. I was only one hold for 30 seconds. So they have clearly listened to us as patients and remedied the the previous phone situation. Kudos and thanks for hearing us.

so my mom has been going to the Golden clinic for awhile and front desk was amazing, the doctors even better. then they moved to another location and then I started going there myself and the front desk were not the same people. these people were terrible!!! I was keeping contact with them about my new patient paper work and how I wasn't getting an email and she told me over the phone that they've been having problems with that. to just show up 15mins early. so I did that and when I got there, mind you I live in the mountains 2 hours away! the first thing they say is I have to reschedule cause I didn't do the paper work.
