Rebecca and Brittany are both very professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly and patient. They listened to my concerns and questions and made PT fun! Today was my last day. Thank you Rebecca and Brittany!“

5401 S Prince St #106, Littleton“Dr. Kim Bozich is wonderful! I’ve been seeing her for about 6 years. She is knowledgeable and very caring. With a combination of PT including massage and dry needling, and consistent Pilates classes with Kim over the years, I have become stronger and feel so much better! The front desk staff at H2 Health & Wellness is very nice and helpful. H2 offers a variety of Pilates Reformer classes by ability level and date/time and you can pre-purchase packages which makes the per-class price lower. I have taken classes by almost all of the instructors and they’ve all been great- and challenging! The building has a designated parking lot and street parking is usually pretty easy too depending on the time of day. Highly recommend trying H2!“

200 W County Line Rd #130, Littleton“I heard of this physical therapy practice through word-of-mouth when searching for providers with experience working with EDS (a connective tissue disorder) in addition to one other practice recommended to me. I decided to check out Peak Physical Therapy first and requested whichever provider had the most EDS experience. I’m now approaching two months with this doctor—I see no need to consult with another! She is knowledgeable, professional, listens attentively, offers considerate feedback, integrates my own feedback, and accordingly adapts plans as we go. Dayton’s flexible mindset and experience-informed approach make her an excellent option for EDS patients seeking specialized PT care in the vicinity of Denver.“

9116 W Bowles Ave #10, Littleton“I've been a patient here since August 2023. I'm still being seen for two different injuries and being treated by Annaleise who is excellent doctor, providing me with cupping treatment and theragun, along with PT exercises to do here and at home. I also see Lucas, who gives a more hands-on treatment with stretching my hip & neck to improve my range have motion. He has me use the hip sled and ride the bike.Everyone is very friendly and welcomes me by my name at each visit. I've had my appointments in my calendar wrong a couple of times and been an hour late and they've been able to accommodate me. I would highly recommend Ascent PT For any of your physical therapy needs as they have all of the equipment necessary to treat any injuries or post-surgery treatments, along with the TLC they offer each patient.“
“Dr Skylar Orton has helped me enormously with some nerve pain in my neck and head. She has gone above and beyond to literally straighten me out. Highly recommend!!“

5920 S Estes St Suite 220, Littleton“Pros- great providers…Ben, Nate, Jayden and everyone do their best with my dumb back. Love Lisa and the always appropriately dressed *ahem* women (not “girls”) at the desk who make sure I get in consistently.
Cons- corporate bs. Not the fault of this office I’m imagining. Can’t call the actual location. Have to go thru a remote call center. (Annoying) Some miscommunication with imaging referrals. Not a biggie. Double booking the providers- this sucks. Please don’t do this. It feels overwhelming for them and me.
Thanks team! I do appreciate you.“
