I thought I might need a new A/C but he was able to take it apart, clean it, repair it and I'm all good. Kim and Nicole from One Stop called me right away and left detailed accurate voice messages for me on several days and William was the technician who did the work. William showed up when he said he would and was knowledgeable, patient, calm, and kind and explained everything to me. “We’ve loved our 7-year-old Dyson and were bummed when it stopped working. More Than Vacuums diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad motor bearing), cleaned and deodorized the unit, replaced the battery and filter (both badly worn), and got it running like new again. Fingers crossed we don’t need another vacuum repair for several more years but, if something does happen, we’ll definitely be back.“
