Tim came out to my new home to fix a brand new GE Profile refrigerator that I purchased out of box from Appliance Factory in Thornton. Refrigerator wasn't quality inspected by Appliance Factory, as the wiring harness was not snapped in at the back of fridge, so they couldn't have inspected it because it didn't work without that simple step done. It took Tim about a minute to do this, therefore, I know Appliance Factory is not properly inspecting their "out of box" appliances, so buyer beware of that. I ordered an expensive part for an old refrigerator. The new part ordered never really worked which was not their fault but finally, I just asked for a refund and they gave it to me, no problem. When you make an appointment with them, they always show up when they say they will!

Cary(sp?) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and super patient in helping me with my half-baked DIY project. He listened to what I needed and provided exactly the part I needed to get the job done! Highly recommend!
