I needed a part for my furnace and I couldn’t find it anywhere locally. The quickest option was 4 days by mail.Called and they were able to have the part delivered to the store within a couple hours.After a few days of my house at 55 degrees, this place was a godsend.Highly recommend! I should have called them sooner.
Rick is an awesome guy!! called just before they were about to close on a Saturday. Rick waited 40+ minutes after closing to make sure I had right part. Sure enough my furnace replacement part was the right one. Thanks again Rick!!
My furnace went out last Friday.I called Saturday morning. Rick was patient and walked us through the process of identifying the correct part to repair the furnace. Received it this morning (Monday) we have heat.
