“I've had Daniel's help with my HVAC the last few years and he is 5 stars! He goes way above and beyond. He's friendly, professional, and has saved me a mint. I thought I might need a new A/C but he was able to take it apart, clean it, repair it and I'm all good. I've always had issues with very different temperatures on different floors of the house and he said, "Let me talk you through this and save you the service call fee." He gave me a number of ideas to try and said he'll check back in a couple weeks to see if I need more help. Seriously - this guy is awesome!”

Some companies let their ego get in the way and handle things the way they want to, but successful businesses know that they have to do what it takes to make things right, no matter how seemingly insignificant that problem may seem to them, it was a big enough problem that the customer was unhappy.This is one of those cases. I had a problem and Brand Source reached out to resolve the problem, and they did whatever it took to fix the issue. THATS what I base my judgement on, not the mistakes made, but the handling of the mistake afterwards.
