Fantastic service and a fun environment! Obviously dropping a bunch of money on appliances isn’t the most fun when your current appliances go down but Carlos and Elke made a stressful situation an upbeat one! I feel we got a great deal by bundling the dishwasher in and delivery on both were within a week (even with a giant snow storm).Will be back, and thank you!

From the start of my purchase to delivery haul off and set up, was absolutely incredible. First, Ram Pedroze was hands-down, the most incredible customer service/sales/manager to deal with. He was great with my dad and when I showed up the next day, he knew exactly what I wanted and needed to be done. Rockstar. You couldn’t ask for a better individual to represent that location and his staff. Carlos Rojas was amazing too! Getting everything set up financially he was really helpful and patient. This was one of the satisfying business transactions I've had in a very long time. Elke was excellent! Details not necessary just to say she was so helpful, communicative and responsible in finding the special sized appliance I needed. And I was able to pick it up the next day. Then, when I came to pick it up, I inadvertently arrived before the store even had opened and Elke graciously took care of me immediately. By the way, other major appliance stores could not even find the microwave I needed. Great service! And, by the way, Carlos was also so friendly and helpful. Unequivocally recommended!
