“We just had our carpets cleaned from Nesheim’s and they turned out better than expected. We called to get an estimate and they sent someone out to inspect and measure the areas we needed cleaned. He was very nice and professional. The price was great so we scheduled. They came out the next day to clean. The carpet cleaner was also very polite and professional and did an amazing job. “it all started when my tenants noticed water on the floor behind toilet called a plumber and they said shower value was leaking, needed a restoration company to come in and clean up all the water, I called ERC restoration company they came in evaluated the damage, all the walls behind the shower were wet, tore out bathtub, floors, vanity, etc. Dried out the bathroom, laundry room and had it all back together in two weeks' time. since I had renters in there it was very important to get the damage repaired ASAP.
