I had an amazing conversation with Taylor about water damage to my home. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. She explained everything. Definitely recommend.
Although I haven't used their restoration services, I was very impressed with the United Water Restoration team. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they provided excellent customer service during my interaction with them. Highly positive first impression!
The UWRG was extremely responsive and professional from the start. Our commercial property was flooded and they tested thoroughly to ensure their mitigation would work. They had our property back to normal in 1 week. Strongly recommend.
