The Pure Restore crew who did the mitigation work in our two bathrooms after a sewer backup and significant damage were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, meticulous in their work, and responsive to all our questions. I wish I could remember all of their names so I could thank them here personally, but Gabriel Martinez, who quarterbacked the work from the Pure Restore office was, like his employees, everything we could have hoped for considering the circumstances we faced after the damage was done. We recommend Pure Restore highly and are grateful to them for making what could have been a terrible experience much less terrible.

I am blown away by these guys.I used them in a job that had a minor spill of sewage. They showed up with all the equipment ready for the worst.Carlos was so great from the initial phone call.Whenever Gabriel showed up he was so punctual and explained everything in great detail.In a situation where it feels like everything is going wrong the Pure team came in and made me feel at ease.They are the standard and exceed it.So happy to have people like the Pure team in the world.
