My basement flooded due to a leak from the waterline to the refrigerator in our upstairs kitchen. In a panic, we google searched help with flood damage and ERC came up first. They responded quickly which was a huge relief. They did a great job quickly mitigating the damage - removing damaged carpet, drywall, insulation, and drying out the space for repair. Repairing the damage did not go well. Carpet was not installed (stretched) properly, coming up, buckling, seams visible. Hardwood floor was repaired sloppy - stain all over all trim, walls, doors, appliances, etc. (didn't remove trim to sand/stain flooring).
