“My massage therapist suggested that I see Skylar for my hip & knee pain (from old injury). After just 4 visits, my hip /knee pain from scoliosis (and an old injury) subsided. Skylar is thorough and prescribed exercises (with helpful videos) for me to do at home. She is knowledgable about scoliosis and knows exactly what to say so that I can access muscles that need to wake up from my scoliosis. I’m so happy I’ve find Skylar.
