An absolutely amazing tissue worker! I lift a ton of weights as well as being extremely active. My muscles and connective tissue can get very tough and ropey. Mandy by far is one of the best deep tissue/sports massage therapists I have ever been to. She nearly completely restored range of motion to my shoulder. I Highly highly recommend!

I had one phenomenal experience this weekend with a new massage therapist that I highly enjoyed and recommend. It was a stressful, busy weekend for me and KJ made me feel relaxed and at home. She had the pressure perfect by the first touch and she released all my built up tension. I have been going to mandatory massage for years now. I’m excited that KJ is a new addition to my whole massage experience at mandatory massage. I will continue to go back to see her.

I felt a great atmosphere as well as I appreciated her knowledge of all of the muscles and their connections to the aches and pains I was experiencing The exercises she gave me after, allowed my lower back to feel much stronger within days.
