Today Doctor Mayhew spent an amazing amount of time with me. I simply went for my annual eye exam. Unbeknownst to me, I have a portion of my vitreous gel about to detach. Doctor Mayhew spent so much time explaining to me what to expect when it does.

Without Doctor Mayhew's attention to every detail of my annual eye exam, my condition could have easily been missed. As this detaching gel could also cause my retena to detach, catching this condition was paramount to maintaining my vision. (Retinal detachment can cause permanent blindness in a matter of hours.)

In addition, the entire staff is wonderful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment that you walk through the door. The ladies spent so much time answering my additional questions and helped me to choose the perfect pair of glasses.
