Impressive Eyes Optical

Impressive Eyes Optical offers a positive customer experience and is known for its friendly staff who go the extra mile to assist customers, even those without insurance. The business provides warranties on its products, which has been a positive experience for customers requiring repairs.

While Impressive Eyes Optical is recommended for repairs and eye exams, some customers feel that the price of purchasing glasses is too high. The atmosphere and vibe of the store are welcoming and supportive of local business. Many customers appreciate the family-friendly environment, with one reviewer mentioning that they were able to get in and out quickly with their three sons. The helpful staff, including Brianna, made the process enjoyable, especially for children experiencing eye care for the first time. The doctor also ensured that all children felt comfortable during their exams. With added touches like Tootsie Pop suckers, Impressive Eyes Optical continues to create a pleasant experience for all.
