Dr. Niki was great, it was a relaxed environment. We got straight to the point and only did what was needed.everyone from the tech to the ladies helping me with my glasses, always make it an enjoyable experience. Always smooth and I walk away feeling taken care of. I’ve been going here since I’ve lived in the springs, a couple years now, I honestly don’t plan on finding any other place to get my eyes checked and kept in good health. Thank you team for all that you do.

My visit was 11.29.2023 at 10 am.The staff was absolutely amazing. From the staff member who processed my insurance and did my digital eye exam, she thoroughly explained every step to me. She was kind and patient.The Optometrist was excellent she took the time to explain in detail my exam. Made me feel comfortable and not rushed.The staff member who assisted me with my frame purchase was so knowledgeable, and she had a great personality and was so bubbly.It was my first time there, and I was beyond impressed with the service, speed, and overall atmosphere.
