rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in

Unfortunately as is too often the case the change in practice ownership and the move to a centralized (non-local) call system has resulted in lessened efficiency and pt. satisfaction.“
