“The physician is outstanding but the change from Associates in Family Medicine to Village Medical
rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in
over 250 clinics and hospitals in the US teaching patient centered care and I know quality care and patient friendly communication when I see it. Unfortunately as is too often the case the change in practice ownership and the move to a centralized (non-local) call system has resulted in lessened efficiency and pt. satisfaction.“
