From the lovely receptionist who took my information, to the two wonderful nurses who prepped me for my procedure, the amazing Dr. who explained everything in great detail and my new good friend who administered the medication so I would remember nothing! “Today I had my first visit at Allergy Partners of Northern Colorado and as someone who has being seeing doctors frequently since I was a child, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. When I got there the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming (I’ve seen other google reviews that said they were rude so I feel it’s important to note that was not my experience at all) and the team member that took me to my room and did my breathing tests was very kind and welcoming as well. I met with Dr. Alison and she genuinely took her time to hear my patient history and concerns (at one point I got my notes out and expressed I was trying to be mindful of her time) and she reassured me that it was okay and I didn’t need to rush and that we had time. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and asked lots of questions to make sure she was understanding the extent of my symptoms. I walked out of the appointment with a care plan that for the first time in many years, gave me hope. I typically don’t leave lengthy Google reviews, but when you find somewhere that really makes a difference and makes you feel heard and valued (especially when it comes to health) I think it’s worth taking the time to note in case they can help others. She spent 45+ minutes with me (what a delight and a surprise!), I never felt rushed and she was a great listener and responded to all of my questions and concerns.
