My husband and I each had our first appt. with Dr. Fischer today. We are retired healthcare workers. She exceeded our expectations! Her experience is superb. She is easy to talk with about anything! I have been seeing Dr. Alessi for several years and she’s helped with many things. Most recently, she noticed my calcium was elevated & recommended I get my parathyroid hormone checked as well. Based on those test results along with other medical history, she diagnosed primary hyperparathyroidism. She then suggested I reach out to the Norman Parathyroid Center in Florida for a second opinion. After their review of my medical records and symptoms, they recommended surgery.
