Olga and I sat down and talked before the massage and even with my vague responses to her questions, (it was hard for me to articulate) she was able to tell what I needed once she began the session. “I have had back problems on and off since my early 20s. I am now In my 40s and was suffering from a back injury that had persisted for three weeks without any sign of relief. “Marie was wonderful and very professional! I have had sciatic pain and she personalized my massage for this. She also found areas around certain ligaments that were “angry”. She helped ease these issues while connecting my pain issues to my left side. She worked out several knots on my shoulders while giving me stretching tips to help my pain as well. When I left I felt rejuvenated! Today I am quite sore, but she told me to expect this and drink lots of water while taking an epson salt bath and using oils/ointments they sold for muscle relief.
