I thought I was in good shape, entering the session at the Niwot Inn, where I was staying over Memorial Day weekend. I felt relaxed, but he found the hidden tensions and the muscles that needed work. My neck and shoulders often bother me. Not only did they feel great afterwards, but I felt like a new man from head to toe.
He also used an iPad to show me how I might be more effective loosening my tight IT band by stretching a set of muscles I had never heard of before. While his rates aren't cheap, they feel like a deal for a session with a world-class masseur.”
