Dr. Chad and the staff are amazing! I first came in with a herniated disk and was in a lot of pain. After doing X-rays and scans of my spine and posture I found out that I have scoliosis in my spine as well as neck problems. Have been coming here every week for a few months now and feel like a new person. My posture has improved, my back pain is gone and am able to go snowboarding this winter. I am happy I chose Revelation Chiropractic and will be a long time patient. Thank you Dr. Chad ??

Dr. Chad and his staff are just the best. This is a first class operation. I fully understand the great reviews after going to Revelation now for several months. I went in with severe sciatica issues, barley being able to walk, dragging my right leg. I am now walking well and nearing full recovery. Dr. Chad listens to his patients and truly cares about everyone he sees. The man is quite the remarkable human being. He’s full of life and on a mission to heal, and, like I said, really listens to you. I also like that I can use their app to schedule appointments online. So convenient. I can’t recommend his practice high enough.

Prior to this I could only walk a short distance until my leg would go numb and have lower back pains. I've seen Dr. and physical therapists with no change in my condition. Aside from the friendly staff, the treatments have worked and I have had significant improvements in my mobility, and quality of life.
